Membership (Renewal & Joining)

If you would like to enter NCEC Closed Restricted (CR) dressage tests and/or participate in the NCEC Xmas ‘members only’ comp, you must be a member of NCEC.   Please do not enter comps as a member unless you are a current financial member.

NCEC Membership – Membership period is 1 July to 30 June each year, noting the following:

(1) Membership is for the above one year period, there is no pro rata refunds for unused periods or retrospective membership during the year.

(2)  If a member renews/joins on or after 1 April then the membership is deemed current until 30 June the following year.

2020/21 Membership Category Fees

Adult – $35

Family (2 Adults, 2 children under 17yrs) – $45

Junior (17yrs and under) – $25

Non Riding – $20

A $10 admin fee applies for each membership category.

Competition Benefits of Membership – NCEC members enjoy $10 off entry fees and eligibility for NCEC Annual Awards.

RENEWAL – NCEC now uses Nominate for renewal of NCEC memberships – all current members will receive an email from Nominate with a reminder / e-link to renew their membership close to the Membership renewal date of 1 July each year.  If current members do not receive a renewal email from Nominate before 1 July 20, please go to the following link to join:

JOINING – Riders who wish to join NCEC can do so via the Nominate ‘Clubs’ website at any time of the year. but any unused period in the year is not pro rata refunded.   See
